 SDLC or Software Development Life Cycle has various stages and milestones. Typically a traditional or waterfall model follows Plan, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment & Support. There are different teams and key players who take care the entire life cycle at different phases as appropriate. This includes but not limited to Tech/Solution Arc, BA, SA, Team Lead, Developer, Testers, QA and Support team.
